Shipping Policy

Processing & Transit Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Transit times vary depending on your location and the type of order placed. Boat orders may require additional processing and shipping time.

During peak seasons (holidays, spring, summer) orders may take a few additional days to process. If you are looking for your order confirmation email, check your spam folder and mark it as “not spam” for future communications.

Shipping Details

All products ship via common carrier or freight. Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size and will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For boat and freight orders, tracking is sent after the carrier has picked up the shipment. If accessories are small enough to safely pack with your boat order, we may do so and will note this in your tracking email.

All boat customers must be present at the time of delivery and must perform a thorough inspection before signing any paperwork. A Shipping Guidelines document will be included with your tracking email to assist with receiving your order and documenting any damage. Please note that once a boat order has been processed and a carrier reserved, we cannot make changes to your order — please review everything carefully before purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain areas. If this applies to your order, a member of our team will contact you.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our location. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Return Policy

Please Note: ALL BOAT SALES ARE FINAL. If you need to submit a warranty claim, please see below for more information.

For all other products, if you need to return an item or request a refund, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. You may be subject to a cancellation or restocking fee. To initiate a return, contact us at info@dogfishboats.com or (360) 224-1544.

For a refund to be issued, the returned product must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • With all hardware and parts included
  • In acceptable condition for resale

 

Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective, please email us at info@dogfishboats.com with photos attached and a description of the issue. We will contact you directly to resolve the matter.
