8. Returns and Refunds

All boat sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a valid warranty claim. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

For all other products — accessories, parts, and apparel — you may request a return and refund within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
  • Apparel and merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
  • Accessories and parts must be uninstalled and unmodified, with all hardware and parts included.
  • A cancellation or restocking fee may apply.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
